Interactive Whiteboard Sites

Tonight I stumbled upon Bill Gaskins blog which lists some tremendous sites for teachers who have interactive whiteboards. I really like the edheadsites as well as the national geographic sites – they are well worth a visit – thanks Bill

Thanks for the comments I really stumbled on this site with the links. What’s amazing to me is the engaging power of this technology when we as teachers let go and ask students to construct their understandings using the whiteboard in front of us. My suggestion to teachers is sit to the side or back of the room to prevent the tempetation to take over – just have some deeper level questions ready to push student thinking along.
